Making the decision to euthanize my beloved Cooper is one of the most heart wrenching decisions I have ever had to make. The pain and sadness clouded my judgement and I was full of doubt and uncertainty. Dr. Viano made me and my dog feel calm and peaceful as he stepped over to the Rainbow Bridge. Dr. Viano answered all of my questions, and helped me understand I made the right decision. Forever grateful for her professionalism and calming presence.
Dr. Viano is a compassionate and kind person and an extremely competent veterinarian. She came to our home to help us put our sweet feline girl to rest. She was beautifully efficient while also giving us all the time we needed for this passage. These times are never easy, but a wonderful doctor like Anne Viano makes a hard time so much better.
We cannot even begin to express the gratitude we feel for Dr. Viano. Our Teddy had been sick w/Cushings and Bladder Cancer but was doing remarkably well until he wasn't. We had to call her on December 20th and she didn't hesitate to let us know she would come out the following morning first thing.
