Excellent care. Most thorough physician i have ever encountered in 68 years. Everyone we know admires Dr Villaruz. Support staff is also excellent.
His patient care is good. He disagreed with me when I needed it and stuck to his guns, His admin support, however earns a zero rating. Covenant Health at its bureaucratic finest: they're right; the patient is wrong; they get paid the same whether you like it or not. There are plenty of capable docs in Crossville without the headaches Covenant entails!
Having been a paramedic, when a doctor tell me I have v-fib and i’m Not on my way to the hospital I wonder about the doctor. If he had said A-fib then no problem. I don’t trust this doctor!!!!
