Horrible experience with Hibiki for a 90$ haircut. Shampoo was okay except my stylist got soap and water in my eye. The stylist never asked if the water temperature was okay - went from cold to scorching hot. When we discussed what I wanted to be done to my hair my stylist said he understood. I had explicitly said I wanted a trim and wanted my hair to be 1 to 2 inches below my chin, instead he went ahead and gave me a very short bob and my hair doesn't even reach down to my chin. I got a cut today with Romy, and she was really sweet! She checked in with every step to make sure that I liked the direction, I’m very happy with the result! She also taught me how to style the haircut, since the style I wanted requires a bit of maintenance, would definitely come back again!
