The service there is now lousy. It took me 6 weeks to get a simple pair of valances done. This place has really gone downhill.
I had Roman Shades made at A First Impression about 5 years ago for my French doors. I recently changed the doors and a window in the room and went back to A First Impression to have another Roman shade done for the new window. It matches the original pair on the doors and was nicely made. These shades are pulled up every day and I have not had a single problem with them.
