I had the opportunity to celebrate my sister's quinceañera at this hotel, and the experience was excellent. The staff was very friendly and attentive, always ready to help and make sure everything went perfectly. The ballroom is elegant and very spacious, it was just perfect. We planned a 2-day conference for a nonprofit organization and were lucky enough to have Nicole help in this planning. I have been doing this for over 10 years and she was absolutely perfect. She made herself available to numerous questions, always answered phone calls and emails and made the planning part of this event as smooth as we could have asked. 10/10 absolutely amazing Hotel, atmosphere, service and the Staff is incredible the best. Marco Polo restaurant is so worth to try is delicious and drinks are on point too!!
Me and my Husband stayed in this hotel back in January. We absolutely loved it! The staff was the best we have ever experienced. They gave us a warm welcome. They were extremely accommodating to us and our furry pet. We can’t wait to stay there again it was also super clean. I want to shout out Liz, Jayden and Olga for making our stay perfect. (Sorry this review took a while to post, life has been super busy) but goes to show you guys were still on my mind:)
I have had the best experience at the Viana hotel and spa and it was due to the the exceptional services provided by Clifton. He was so kind, helpful and attentive. He greeted me with a a smile. I work with the public and I know the importance of having great employees. Viana is very fortunate to have Clifton on their team.
