The Spa was very good. Recommended
I walked in the lobby area and walked past the front desk. I actually thought it was the concierge desk. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Our floor was on the penthouse which was nice. But the room gave me very basic, almost Embassy suites, or Four Points Sheraton. I also was looking for really drinking glasses in our room. We called for glassware and extra water bottles. The Spa and the Hotel Viana gave my husband and I an amazing experience. They have followed all the details we requested for our room and massage session at their amazing spa 🤍 it was SO relaxing and the staff is incredible! Thanks for making our anniversary so special!
