When I first called Dr. Vienna‘s office about getting an implant on one of my A teeth they were more than welcoming. They also have the best price I could find around southern ontario. I am grateful to have Dr. Vienna as my dentist! I truly feel like you would be wasting your time and money going to any other dentist but Dr.Vienna.
Simply insurance milkers, even if you had no issue and they figured you’re a student and have decent insurance coverage they’d create issues i.e fillings… etc
Service itself was fine, but for 3 WEEKS they keep delaying and refusing to send records to a new dentist. Probably have to start over with repeating x-rays etc at another dentist due to their unwillingness to do something as simple as email or fax over records for my kids. Definitely confirmed my choice to go elsewhere with much better customer service.
I was really looking forward to being a patient at Viana. But sadly, it was nothing but problems. Every time I came for an appointment I was left to wait in the waiting room for an hour and wasn’t able to get out on time that it effected my own schedule as a small business owner. I wanted a tooth extraction, but Viana convince me I should do a root canal.
