Any doctor I see often will want to send me to Radimed. My experience there is terrible; the worst being that they schedule services weeks in advance. Whereas at ViaMedica it has often happened that I can go in the next day. I realize ultrasound, MRIs and CT scans have different wait times but even taking that into consideration, ViaMedica comes out way ahead. And they are very pleasant.

Unfortunately I have to give this place 1 star due to inefficiency with appointments. I waited an hour for an appointment that required prep and I should have been seen at the correct time. They had forgotten about me as I watched 3 other people who arrived later go in. I went up twice to the receptionist. First time I was told “soon”. On the second time she went and checked, then I was taken in. Although all people were lovely, as a private clinic they can do better.

Via Medica, Angelika is amazing Always smiling and happy Good professionalism and good communication skills Overall All the Via Medica Team is lovely to deal with from the minute you walk in to ultrasound to to MRI teams Makes us want to come back to Via Medica whether it is for their excellent Private services or on the Medical System Please keep up the excellent work You are all well appreciated

I hope they take amazing care of their receptionist because she is by far one of the nicest I've met around here; she lights up the whole place! The facilities were clean and comfortable. They were on time with their appointment... something I've rarely encountered in any other medical practice.

I had an excellent ultrasound experience with Louise. She is very professional and patient and kind. I would recommend her 100%.
