Dr. Chris Vialpando has always shown himself to be detail oriented, highly conscientious, professional and caring. A couple of years ago, I enrolled with Kaiser Permanente - but I first made sure that I could keep Dr. Vialpando as my primary care physician. You can place your trust in this MD and know your care is in great hands.
On hold 8 different times within 22 minutes each one a different person passing off my questions about my records until I was finally just hung up on with them saying I have actual patients to help. Needless to say I will be changing doctors the hassle of trying to get an appointment and trying to get meaningful help from Vialpando isn't worth the time.
