Sandi and her team were awesome. We spent 3 weeks in Italy and with the help of Viagio, there was very little we would have changed. The hotels, the drivers, the wine tours, the cooking class - everything was great! It your guide in Ustica was absolutely amazing! The rest of the trip was full of disappointment. Drivers consistently showed up earlier than prearranged and confirmed times, which when your pick up is already scheduled for the wee hours of the morning, makes it miserable. One of the hotels had ants in one of the rooms. Another hotel had a shower that was maybe 2 square feet with just shower curtains and a drain in the floor.
