I don't understand the previous negative reviews, on a contrary, the shortest and simplest experience for buying an insurance I ever had. On top, very fast and clear answers from the counselor (Nadège M.) and more than 40% lower price compared to the same product I had for 10 years from IA. The only thing I'm missing is that, despite the procedure is mostly online or by email, I can't access my file online on their website, I just have my policy on paper, but I assume it's just a temporary issue.
Horrible. Today is June 6, 2025. Since April 29, 2025, I haven't been able to speak to anyone at this company. My travel insurance expired on May 18, 2025. Emails, phone calls, no response other than an email saying they had an overflow of requests and that my file is important to them. I give up. I'm going to get insurance elsewhere. Imagine for a minute this poor service during a claim. Good luck. It's a shame to be forced to give an undeserved star.
This experience was completely impersonal. When shopping for life insurance, I expect to have access to at least some advice, or at the very least, to get quick answers to my questions so that my insurance is tailored to my needs. It's difficult to get information about the available products. I withdrew my life insurance application with them because they are completely unprofessional. Not only is their process not as streamlined as their advertising suggests, but their representatives don't keep appointments and don't listen when you provide details. They even went so far as to tell me they didn't know what the profession of "human resources" was and asked me for more information regarding my "stay-at-home mom" situation.
