Viacom is horrible, providing the lowest standard of service and amenities of all the internet providers I've seen for decades. With only only style of router offered, their "unlimited" data is VERY limited, so much so that we can't watch streaming TV programs during the school year at all, as we'd quickly find ourselves unable to connect to the more important college and kids online school stuff.
