I bought a trailer from them a few years ago, i love the trailer but the keeper for the one drop down window broke. No big deal, i know what part was needed and it’s an easy fix. Called them as i couldn’t find the part online, was told they don’t make that part for the drop down window but they’d check their inventory to see if they had any left. They explain in a comprehensive way. It all make sense. My purchase had an issue and was easily corrected on Monday because their was no commissioner on Sunday.
