They really need to improve their service to justify the ticket price. The train is often delayed, and I had the train leave prior to departure time once. Trains often run out of food. Whenever they offer a refund, they make it very hard to access it by making costumers wait hours on the phone. I wish other companies were allowed in the business as competition would force them to improve their poor service.
