From Kingston to Toronto. Not as great second time. Train was bouncy, internet connection was lousy. Communication regarding delay was not good! We were stopped for several minutes several times and no explanation until an hour later. Staff was very friendly though.
Clean seats, friendly people. They make it very easy to figure out what platform to wait on etc. Always a great experience!

Cancelled my train less than 12 hours before the scheduled departure. I was told to call a number to rebook but the man on the other end said he could not rebook me and became very hostile. I ended up having to drive to Toronto so I didn't miss my flight. Horrible, unreliable service
