I called Via Plumbing for a boiler replacement in January 2025 because I wasn't getting any hot water in my home. Three weeks ago, the heavy rain flooded the entire basement. Leo and his team helped us solve the big problem in a very professional and timely manner, and they were very responsible for the finishing work and cleaned it up very cleanly!
This is a definitely a highly recommended and reliable company. During the past two days of widespread flooding situation, they responded incredibly fast. All the staff demonstrated extensive knowledge, experience, and provided exceptional services.
This was my first time dealing with a clogged kitchen sink, and VIA was fantastic. They were timely, professional, and efficient in unclogging my sink with their auger. The team was also friendly, offering helpful recommendations and solutions. I highly recommend using VIA for services!
Hands down the worst plumbing service we have ever experienced. If I could give less stars I would. We called them for a clogged kitchen sink. We had already inserted a 15ft and 25ft snake and was unable to reach the clog. They sent a junior plumber on the morning of July 8th, who tried to insert their industrial snake for 2.5 hours, and when I came to check on the progress, discovered he was only able to insert it 4ft.
