It always amazes me when people who are selling food designed for people with allergies, are rude and annoyed when immunocompromised people ask them detailed questions to make sure that their food is safe to eat.
Via Piante makes the best gluten-free baked goods! Their ingredients are clean, and I really appreciate the complex, nuanced flavors in many of their breads. Wishing them all the best and continued success—I hope they expand soon!
