Good food and atmosphere, unfortunately weak margaritas. Service has always been good.
Skip this place unless you have time to spare and money to burn. A restaurant isn’t just one person, it is the server, bartender, kitchen, expediter, and more. A team effort. Unfortunately this team needs a new coach and maybe some new players. Our order was brought to the table out of order (mains then apps). We dropped in for lunch when we were in Boulder for the day. The food was great, honestly some of the best Mexican food I've had. As for the service, it did a disservice to the food. The waitress came by right away to ask if we were ready to order but we needed a few more minutes. After that we waited and waited then finally had to hunt her down and place an order, even after that, she was still missing in action and we had to intercept another waitress to ask for the bill. We stumbled into this restaurant because the patio looked amazing and inviting AND they had a vegan option on the menu. We had the privilege of meeting Diana the GM, who welcomed us and sat us at the most romantic & beautiful table outside. She was absolutely incredible and we had Kevin serve us- the food was so good, and the drinks were amazing. I’m typically a classic margarita girly but the hibiscus margarita was fire.
