Great experience at Via Moto the other day, found the staff there friendly and approachable. Time was taken making sure I was being sent away with the correct size helmet and jacket. Will definitely be back again in the near future. Thanks again Steve and Emma.
Took my bike in for a service, wasn't told that they'd take it for a test ride, and my tracker showed the technician hit 97mph on his way to Costa, told the service rep all this and all he said was hed have a word with the technician, not happy that they used a customer's bike this way
Friendly expert advice
A fantastic experience with this dealer. Called about a bike advertised on the Friday morning and rode away with it on the same afternoon. The mechanic removed sat nav mount, cables and camera that was fitted to my old bike for me to. All paper work done very efficiently. Early days but the new bike feels fantastic. Thanks again Lee
