This was one of the most frustrating medical office experiences I’ve had. The scheduling is completely chaotic multiple patients appear to be booked for the same time, leading to excessive wait times of well over an hour and a half, with several people still ahead. The situation was made worse by the secretary’s incompetence. Dr. Kus and his team are accommodating and helpful. The receptionist Cami is lovely
I have been attempting to schedule a follow-up appointment with Dr. Joanna Zurawska for several months. Despite leaving voicemails and sending emails, I have not received a response. I would appreciate assistance in arranging this appointment as soon as possible.
