While Dr Kus is very respectful and kind, he performed a diagnostic lip biopsy on me which left my lower lip numb for a year and still I am not recovered !! I was so skeptical to do this procedure that I consulted my family physician a day before and asked Dr Kus about it. Had the unfortunate experience with his staff, he is a wonderful doctor, but not sure who is in charge...we set up an appt for surgery via telephone and she had the audacity to send the final confirmation for signing with a different date...no disclosure or indication via the format it was initial booked with...we could not make that date and when we saw the 'error' it was like too bad you should have noticed and now you have to pay 200$ to reschedule...
