Via Appliance Repair caused serious water damage to our home, and is refusing to fix it. VIA Appliance Repair did not secure the washing machine drain hose to the wall, causing water to leak behind the machine. We did not realize what was happening until water started leaking in to our family room and kitchen below the washing/dryer closet. I strongly recommend that you don't use Via. I scheduled through Whirlpool to have my washer repair. Whirlpool scheduled Via to do the repairs. Whirlpool nor Via informed me of any service fees prior to coming to my house. The repair person only took a picture of the out side of the washer and a picture of the serial number under lid. The service person did no trouble shooting of my washing machine. Service person said this was a design problem and then went out to call to see if there was a recall. Poor service, poor customer service. Missed damaged parts 1st visit, so they have to come back. Lied to me twice. I asked whirlpool to have another company repair my washer under warranty but they only have via. I dont even want them to come back, even if it is warranty repair.

I was extremely happy with the service I received,, They came when promised and quickly found the problem and fixed it.
