Very nice new office. Everything is clean and staff is nice, friedly and caring.
Dr. Tang and the whole team at Via Dental are amazing. They make feel calm no matter the procedure is. They are always on time, you aren't sitting in the waiting room and in the dentist chair forever as they try to juggle 5 people at the same time (like some other dentist clinics I've been to). They focus on you , get it done and I'm usually in and out in an hour which is so nice. The reception team are also very nice and caring.
The environment and service is just top notch.
Love the new office! I've been seeing Dr. Tang and the Via Dental team for many years since they were on Commercial Drive. I did the Invisalign with them a few years ago and they are very responsive whenever I need to replace a broken retainer. Everyone is very friendly and you can feel that they really care about their patients.
