Nice and safe townhome complex with lots of grass for dogs, sidewalks, two pools, and covered garages under each townhome that are part of each townhome. Great place to live and raise kids. Also very close to shopping, jobs, the hospital, doctors, and restaurants. Quiet at night too.
HOA is a nightmare. Been cited for a doorbell camera we don't even have. Nearly towed twice for parking outside of the garage to unload groceries. Literally had to run outside and yell at the driver of the tow truck as my car was still running in park. Had to replace our entire AC unit because it was one inch above the fence line . They installed a new fence then decided that needed to be replaced as well. The HOA board is made up of the 4 most incompetent people I have ever met in my life. That’s the nicest way I can put it. Good location though, just prepare yourself mentally to deal with the board
Pros: close to Costco/202/I-10 no street traffic and no school zones Cons: Two vehicles? They might fit in the garage but then a storage unit is needed, unless you own it to install storage racks. Loos are like a sad place to raise a kid, they are always trying to find a place to play. Not much Christmas decor is able to be put out either. They will tow your vehicle overnight- google the residential handbook, their website doesn't even exist!
