I was curious as to why the prices on these condos were the cheapest around and keep dropping, After reading the reviews, it is obviously the HOA. Thanks, I’ll pass
They tow your car without allowing for a permit even they suggest getting one they deny it. They don't notify you where they towed the car to or that they were even going to tow it in the first place. Everyone's numbers for the HOA go straight to voicemail and no one can be contacted. Now without transportation. Very ironic since on google the only highlight says "on site parking". What a joke.
If I could give a 0 star review I would. The HOA is very restrictive and fines anyone for a ring doorbell or even hanging a towel or decorations outside. Parking is a nightmare because they say everyone needs to park their vehicles in their garage even though there is only room for 2 smaller vehicles. We live in a multi vehicle residence and our third vehicle is a truck that won't even fit in the garage so it has to be parked outside. They told us all the spots outside are for visitors only and that we needed a pass to park ... read more
Lived here for the past 5 years and honestly it's a really nice place to live the neighbors are friendly and it's located in a good area near the best department stores,the mall, freeway ect. But.... the HOA is a nightmare and ridiculously expensive constantly raising the price and they have the most ridiculous rules ever like getting a fined $200.00for having a ring doorbell, You can't hang up many decorations or they fine you, If you're parked outside of your garage like we were just last week because we are moving and loa... read more
Nice and safe townhome complex with lots of grass for dogs, sidewalks, two pools, and covered garages under each townhome that are part of each townhome. Great place to live and raise kids. Also very close to shopping, jobs, the hospital, doctors, and restaurants. Quiet at night too.
