The actual Imaging Center and techs are good but their phone and records systems are being handled off-shore (Philippines, as confirmed by the answering party this morning). If you call the numbers associated with Ascension and the Imaging Center, you do not get a person “in Manhattan”. Trying to call about upcoming appointment. Can't get ahold of anyone that can help. The call center is not helpful at all. Just want to talk to someone at office. Should it really be do hard???
I tried asking them if they could use my insurance card from last year for today but they kept hanging up the phone
