Almost two years ago we were in the difficult position of finding assisted care for my brother. After a search of Omaha facilities we decided on Via Christie. We wanted a facility he would be able to stay in as his disease progressed. It has progressed to the point he is now in the memory care unit. Our family has been nothing but thrilled with the care he has received. The staff treats my brother and all of us as family. They have helped guide us though the process of his care. They have bedbugs, they falsify records, and the facility has numerous maintenance issues ie.. leaks throughout the building, mold, etc.
RecommendedThe most quality activities department I've seen. Nate and his team truly care and go above and beyond to serve and spoil the residents. I went to visit our neighbor a few weeks after she went to live at Via Christe and Nate knew exactly who she was and mentioned that she had been down to do Tai chi. I was pleasantly pleased that she was being cared for by such a great staff. Thank you for all you do! 5 stars
