I been a patient for years and I miss the old staff. Doctors who actually cared about you and accommodate you due to work and life you know. Now it’s all rude receptionists and nurses, scold you for things that shouldn’t concern them. I been switched doctors left and right with no communication about it. They don’t even ask me what’s my availability on appointments and when I see what they give me and tell them I can’t. They don’t bother to change it, they say you call on your time to change it.
