Never have I been around such a fake, toxic, and shady group of people. They will prioritize $5 of income over a 1 star review. They treat maintenance employees worse than anywhere else I've seen. They will charge you excess fees for move-outs without any evidence or explanation, and then send you to collections without informing you anything was owed. Save yourself the future trouble and go down the road to The Boulevard.
SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SANITY this place is a joke from the management team who has changed 3/4 times in 2 years the hot tub and gym are constantly under maintenance the elevators suck and shake violently people let animals go to the bathroom all over fire alarms go off throughout the day/ late night people park in your assigned parking spots and when you complain about it they laugh it off and say you can have them towed some people don’t even pay for parking the maintenance team has fixed the same problems over and over but c... read more
Nine false fire alarms over the last two months, most of them in the middle of the night.
I've lived here for a few years and it used to be great. However, HSRM is a terrible management company. The whole building has been under renovations for over 6 months with no end in sight. We're all still being charged "amenity fees" when there are literally no amenities, and if we ask HSRM about the fees, they say it's for the elevator and FOB system. Elevators are required by law in all commercial buildings, and the FOB system is a security feature - plus the fees are $25/month. Additionally, they charge a ton of random ... read more
Review for tour and leasing experience only. I want to commend Charles for his exceptional professionalism and thoughtfulness both on my tour on Saturday as well as shepherding me through the leasing process. I looked at nine nearby properties and he truly stood out amongst his peers. Only 4/5 bc the corporate call center receptionist who picks up when the on site staff isn’t available was unpleasant and difficult to communicate with.
