I've lived here for a few years and it used to be great. However, HSRM is a terrible management company. The whole building has been under renovations for over 6 months with no end in sight. We're all still being charged "amenity fees" when there are literally no amenities, and if we ask HSRM about the fees, they say it's for the elevator and FOB system. Review for tour and leasing experience only. I want to commend Charles for his exceptional professionalism and thoughtfulness both on my tour on Saturday as well as shepherding me through the leasing process. I looked at nine nearby properties and he truly stood out amongst his peers. Only 4/5 bc the corporate call center receptionist who picks up when the on site staff isn’t available was unpleasant and difficult to communicate with. I just moved from out of state and Via was the first on the list. I applied with Charles and he was so knowledgeable about the property.
I have lived here for a few years now, and I have had a lot of issues with the building/ management off and on, however, the new management team, Amber and Charles, really have it together. I was actually going to move out, but seeing how responsive they are to any issues, big or small, I have decided to stay because they have made it a nice and accommodating place to live again. They actually care about their residents, and it shows. After seeing multiple management turn overs, I’m glad we finally have a good team!
