I’ve been coming here for many years to send money to my family and also boxes to Colombia. Mr. Stephen Thompson is very courteous and also Diana and Melissa. They all display excellent Customer Service and remember everyone’s names!

Unprofessional place. I sent a box to Colombia and they sent it to the wrong place. I am told that the box is "lost" and they will not take responsibility for it. They claim it is not on them, however, it was on them to collect money from me to ship my box. The representatives are very unprofessional and now will not even respond to my calls.
