I recently visited Via 313 for what was supposed to be a nice lunch date with my daughter and her boyfriend, but unfortunately, it turned into a disappointing experience. Our drink order was taken promptly, and our food order followed about 10–15 minutes later. After about 30 minutes, my daughter and her boyfriend received their large pizza, while I continued waiting for my small pizza. Everything! Ricardo, the manager, the entire staff were amazing. The food and atmosphere were superb. We received top notch service and individualized attention!
