I am in shock. Now, listen - I understand the quality of this pizza. Had it for years in Austin. But let me explain my rating. I call to order a pizza and first I’m told it’s a 15-20 minute wait… okay, no big deal. Then that wait becomes a 30-40 minute wait. And so I wait because this is the pizza I wanted. As I am waiting, the guy says “want some parm and pepper?” I reply “sure”. Then he goes “so sorry about the wait again, how about a ranch?” And I say “sure, that’s fine - thanks”.
