Well I had high hopes for Via 313. It was my wife and my first time eating here, the restaurant was clean and nice, the waiter asked if we had been there before we said its our first time coming in. I asked if the bar style pizza was crispy he said yes so we decided to order one of those, a detroit pepperoni along with a salad. The salad was decent with no complaints, the detroit pizza was ok but seemed light on the toppings and could have been cooked a little more but the bar type was definitely not crispy by any means. our server Jessica explained the different types of pizzas to us and she was amazing. then came the “stooges” and it was unbelievable then for dessert we had some kind of cinnamon sugar sticks. I was full after the pizza but one bite of the sticks made me hungrier lol. we almost ate all of them. If you get me drop by the pearland location you will not be disappointed. make sure you ask for jessica if you make it in
