I did a 70min head spa and it was amazing. I've done other Chinese-style and Japanese-style head spa treatments in the Boston area and this was by far the most relaxing, professional, and least expensive. It was very similar to head spa treatments I've gotten in southern China where I'm from and I've been craving this type of pampering. Buyer Beware! I gave a 20% tip and they pressured me for more money. The head spa service was very choppy and not relaxing at all as the employees kept talking, walking away to take phone calls (their ringer was not turned off) and they had a loud door bell ring every time someone came into the business. The scalp massage itself was pleasant but some of the tools they used were a little uncomfortable and the employees were a little rough. Do not let them dry your hair. Felt rushed! I went with my partner and both technicians wouldn’t stop talking, 15 mins into our session I had to say “too much talking” for them to stop. The massage bed was my favorite part and the products smelled nice. :)
Best head spa in the area. We had a party of 4 girls, everyone enjoyed the service and our scalps felt so nice.
Such a great experience..I have been dying. To try a japenses head spa and this one did not disappoint. Thank you ladies I drove an hour there and did not want to drive back. I was so relaxed. Thank you so much ViVi..costumer for life
