Today's experience at ViVi Spa in Quincy MA was wonderful. The cozy space was clean and relaxing. Dim lighting, calming music, and some mild aromatherapy set the mood. Upon entering the spa-therapists were courteous and polite. Throughout my head, scalp and neck massage, I could feel the tension leave me while knots in my neck began hurting much less. The reviews are all over the place, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I loved it. I wish I got the ladies name who worked on me because she was amazing. She asked multiple times if I was ok with the massage pressure, the water temperature, the massage bed. I did a 70 min service, using a Groupon coupon and it was worth it. I’d go back for sure!
Very relaxing experience! My tech was wonderful, and I loved the massage bed. My sister enjoyed the waterfall feature—she would've been happy with it on the whole time! Her tech was kind and accommodating, but had a much rougher touch compared to my gentle experience. The salon was spotless.
