She is knowledgeable and gives you her time to explain any concerns. I will only go to her after having bad experiences with 2 other DDS. She does only what is needed to have great healthy teeth and does a great job. My teeth have been healthier since I have been with Dr. Mai. My husband now goes to her too. We enjoy watching a movie while they work on our teeth.
Dr. Mai is hands down the best dentist that I've ever been too. She truly puts patient care first. Although I put her cost as extremely cheep in my rating - they are actually the same as every other dentist. What is different is the time she devotes to making everything perfect in her patients treatment - so the cost/time ratio makes the treatment cheap! Dr. Mai is meticulous in her dentistry. She is a wonderful and kind person. I can't say enough good things about her.
She is so gentle, explains every step that she is doing and finds alternate treatments that are cost-saving. I am pleased to have found a dentist that I will continue to use. Her assistants were extremely helpful and kind. You feel relaxed and taken care of by everyone in this practice.
Excellent! I know Dr. Mai for 3 years and every time she did good job. That why I recommended her to all of my friends and all are very content. Good customer service, very friendly, they do not look at you as a wallet! Go and see!
