I am extremely impressed by the service provided by VI Tree. From setting everything up with Gabe, to the work that was performed by Bosko and Jordan, the whole experience was first rate. Gabe was wonderful to work with as he took the time to explain the whole process and at no point ever put any pressure to commit, even though he knew that I was reaching out for three more quotes. Jordan and Bosko were amazing and did a wonderful job. Everything was neat and tidy by the time they left.
Absolutely rude people, wrecked our fence, kids toys, left all the branches and limbs around our yard.
Very professional service in every way.
They butcher the trees for the city of Surrey instead of pruning. I asked the arborist about their specs, and they over pruned the trees, way more the city requires. The guy even admitted they over prune more then the city asks. It's not my opinion, it's fact. Your workers don't follow the guidelines
