Ciara did my upper and lower permanent liner Abd my Hair-Stroke Brows years ago and I've been for touch-ups as well. Her work is amazing and she's soo sweet and beautiful. Highly recommend her for permanent makeup work!
Ciara, owner of Vi Skin, has done my lip blushing, permanent winged liner, and nano brows. I've seen her at least 5 times over the last 4 years and I will be a life long client because she is a true artist who provides **outstanding** results every time. Permanent makeup is a lasting commitment and I know my face is safe in her hands. She is EXTREMELY talented, careful and diligent.
