Ciara does amazing work. I drove to her from Tacoma to get my eyeliner done and was so impressed I came back for lip and eyebrow PMU! Well worth the visit.

Ciara did my upper and lower permanent liner Abd my Hair-Stroke Brows years ago and I've been for touch-ups as well. Her work is amazing and she's soo sweet and beautiful. Highly recommend her for permanent makeup work!
