Just picked up my wife’s new car from VI Drives. Our salesman Nate Torres was the best! Super polite and helpful without being pushy. We got just what we were looking for at a really good price. And no add ons after the deal was struck. Wife bought a 2020 GMC Terrain and is really impressed with the car, the dealer and Nate. Part Two - Follow-Up on VI Drives Service Experience After my initial review regarding the poor diagnosis from VI Drives’ service advisor, they reached out to us in an attempt to resolve the issue. We were told that the problem would be taken care of since it was covered under our extended warranty. Extremely disappointed with the service at VI Drive Dealership. Despite repeatedly raising concerns about our vehicle’s A/C, we were constantly told it was “normal” without any proper inspection. After bringing it up a third time, they suddenly quoted an outrageous repair price—without even performing a diagnostic test. This kind of neglect and dismissive attitude toward a customer’s concern is unacceptable. Definitely not the kind of service you’d expect from a reputable dealership.
Had no hope of getting a vehicle until I talked to Nate and Ryan. They went out of their way, treated my with class and kindness and got me on the road. Talk about going out of their way! Cant say enough positive things about them.
Nate and the gang got me a great deal on a bike and helped me out a lot. They are awesome to deal with and Suzy the finance manager was really awesome as well.
