Jerome was awesome. He installed my audio on my Cam-Am Spyder and when I decided to trade my bike in 3wks later he uninstalled it. He was extremely flexible, patient and willing to do whatever to make sure I was satisfied. His prices are reasonable and I will definitely use him again in the future.
I visited this shop with a problem with my car stereo and the owner tried to help me , my 1999 Toyota Tacoma requires a smaller stereo in which he didn't have one . He didn't charge me for his time and effort , highly recommend him .
I had a very disappointing experience with Vi Car Audio. I brought my vehicle in for a GPS tracker and kill switch installation, and the work was not done properly. Wires were cut, left exposed, and the unit did not function at all after the installation. Despite paying for the service, I ended up with a setup that was unusable and concerning from a safety standpoint. I’d give Jerome 10 stars if i could! I came to VI Car Audio after feeling i was being price gouged due to my gender at another establishment, and Jerome was super helpful! He showed me which device to purchase and when i contacted him to let him know it arrived, he said i could come in same day, and installed it within an hour!
