This review is for Reggie , the engineer who ended a two week nightmare of no heat and lots of stress . He was competent , diligent , and empathic to my situation . He worked for six hours straight to find , dig and weld the leaking pipe . Thanks to him I finally got heating after the worst two weeks of 2025 which happened over Christmas . Thank you Reggie for being not only a great engineer but an empathic one -
amazing service from this engineer harry, he came on an emergency call out and he fixed my boiler by replacing the pump he explained everything he was doing and was very polite. he helped get my heating back. I could not recommend harry and VHL enough. fantastic job !!
