Vanessa was the first person I ever trained with. She is so kind yet so tough. She knew exactly when to push me and when to laugh with and tease me to keep me on track. She is continually learning and adding things to her repertoire to offer the most comprehensive health maintenance and improvement classes and support. I promise you will not be disappointed!! Vanessa will work hard to give you exactly what you want and need.
I’ve been attending classes at VHFit for over a year, and I absolutely love them! Vanessa is incredibly supportive and motivating, and has created a comfortable, welcoming environment for everyone. The group who attend are amazing, which makes every class even more enjoyable. I recently joined the Run Club and, much to my own surprise, I’m loving! Highly recommend VHFit to anyone looking to work on themselves in a positive and encouraging space
