Do not come here. I highly discourage seeing Dr.Moody, she’s extremely incompetent. When I scheduled the appointment, they did not tell me that the location changed. I got there late because I went to wrong location, she had no sympathy and told me to reschedule, even though I took time off my work. She also is a money grabber. She told me the tests are covered by insurance but it wasn’t. I’m stuck paying hundreds of dollars because of incompetence. I’ll be changing my primary care and will never come here again.

They cancelled my appointment and their only attempt to inform me was one missed phone call. No email, no text, no second phone call, no notifications via the portal. Incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful of people's time

My experience here was unpleasant. The pale-skinned young woman with blonde and blue hair completely lacks empathy towards patients. I'm leaving disappointed with the customer service, it was terrible. I don't recommend this place if they're going to have receptionists with bad attitudes.

Extremely unsatisfactory care I've got sinus and upper respiratory issues that lead to me developing rapidly progressing infections if not immediately treated, and both times, Nurse Practitioner Dearth disregarded my explanations and medical history in favor of following protocol. I know my body, and having someone tell me that I'm wrong about my own symptoms and my own history and to come back in a week is unacceptable. Not coming back.
