Extremely unsatisfactory care I've got sinus and upper respiratory issues that lead to me developing rapidly progressing infections if not immediately treated, and both times, Nurse Practitioner Dearth disregarded my explanations and medical history in favor of following protocol. I know my body, and having someone tell me that I'm wrong about my own symptoms and my own history and to come back in a week is unacceptable. Not coming back.
I am giving a ONE star for the current address and location, ability to get live person on the phone quickly and reception from staff at the front desk...As another reviewer stated-the directions via Google Maps and Waze take you about a mile away from the office to the old building--this is a newer building and it doesn't register with GPS even when using the exact address-I drove in circles and was trying to get someone live on the phone-that took 10 plus minutes alone...I ended up asking a police officer for help.... THIS LOCATION ON GOOGLE MAPS IS WRONG. It brings you to a building 1600 N Beauregard. THIS IS THE WRONG BUILDING. So, I arrived early, but to the wrong address. I was wandering around the wrong building for 10 minutes trying to find it. By the time I realized, found the right 3475 N Beauregard St, and drove over there, I was 8 minutes late. They refused to see me. I was sick as a dog, and they didn't care in the slightest. Meanwhile, if the doctor was running late, you'd sit there waiting for 45 minutes. Rude customer service, to the point that I could not make an appointment. the phone call did not go past taking my last name since they laughed at me the whole time. it seems the person on the phone was laughing at me with someone next to them.
I’m one of the one unlucky person who have PCP here, since 2 months I’ve been calling them for the appointment but they never answered, I wish we can also charge them when they miss our calls, I tried to book an appointment online but keep getting errors - already waisted my a lot of time
