Letitia at the front desk is the most rude, dismissive, and uncaring healthcare worker I’ve ever encountered. I work in healthcare- I could not imagine ever treating my patients this way, let alone office staff treating them this way. There are no external signs and the address is obscured by a tree. It is the same building as Anchor Homes. Parking is in the condo garage behind the building. Lastly, the office keeps the right side door locked despite every person trying to use it.

Have waited a long time after blood work with absolutely no follow up.
I had a terrible experience with the manager at this office. She was rude, dismissive, and completely lacked any empathy when I was expressing concert for an urgent medical need. After explaining my situation, she kept arguing with me and added unnecessary charges to my bill. Instead of offering any understanding, she provoked me and made me feel worse. I was shocked by how unprofessional and disrespectful she was. If you’re looking for quality care and kindness, don’t waste your time here.
