I had a terrible experience with the manager at this office. She was rude, dismissive, and completely lacked any empathy when I was expressing concert for an urgent medical need. After explaining my situation, she kept arguing with me and added unnecessary charges to my bill. Instead of offering any understanding, she provoked me and made me feel worse. I was shocked by how unprofessional and disrespectful she was. If you’re looking for quality care and kindness, don’t waste your time here.
Terrible front desk and lab experience. The lab technician was out on the day of my original appointment; I came back second time - ended up being 10 mins late with snow day parking and standing in line at front desk. The technician was too backed up to see me - for a simple blood draw. No concern for patients at all.
I went in for an annual physical - particularly for a specific concern. The doctor ordered a battery of tests for blood work, but he forgot to order the test that I needed. Now I cannot scheduled a test to come back because they are all booked out. Agrh!!
I had a script that was due to be filled on the 13th. I was on the phone for an hour on the 12th because the pharmacy said it was expired. They sent a "priority" email to my Dr early in the day. Nothing happened. Got on the phone again on the 13th in the afternoon because anything was yet to be done. I had a video appt but still another priority email was sent.
