I had a great experience at this clinic. The staff were very friendly and professional, from the front desk to the medical team. The doctor took the time to listen and explain everything clearly, and the phlebotomist was gentle, skilled, and made the blood draw very comfortable. I truly appreciated the care and attention I received and would highly recommend this clinic.
terrible experience with office to get prior authorisation . waiting 4 weeks to get glucometer Doctor himself recommended need due to high blood sugar I am waiting waiting cALLED CALL CENTER , NEVER CAN TALK TO DOCTOR OR ANYONE IN OFFICE .Each call i wait 20 t0 30 mts to relay message . 3 times i patiently waited to get response . even today we did not get prior authorisation done .terrible experience
Letitia at the front desk is the most rude, dismissive, and uncaring healthcare worker I’ve ever encountered. I work in healthcare- I could not imagine ever treating my patients this way, let alone office staff treating them this way. I had been requesting paperwork for 2 weeks and was told that it was finally ready to be picked up. This was written on my portal so I had plenty of proof to show how much I had been contacting them. There are no external signs and the address is obscured by a tree. It is the same building as Anchor Homes. Parking is in the condo garage behind the building. Lastly, the office keeps the right side door locked despite every person trying to use it.
