I am writing to complain about the behavior of the receptionist MIKIVIE at this location, who consistently displayed a rude and unprofessional attitude during my recent appointment. She was dismissive, rude, and seemed impatient with my concerns, creating a stressful and unwelcome experience at the start of my visit. She refused to check me in after i mentioned to her that i was not convinced with her arguments. Would highly recommend Dr. Houston! She did an amazing job in informing me and providing me with options other urologists have not.
I saw Dr. Charlotte Houston. She was excellent! She was very caring and knowledgeable, and had a good grasp of my situation. I would recommend her to anyone needing urologic care.
