I really like my doc and the people here but getting a hold of them is one of the most frustrating things. You need to go through so many robotic hoops before getting to a real person. Easily takes 20 minutes to be able to speak to them, which obviously needs work.

They left a voicemail saying the doc was feeling unwell and that i needed to call to reschedule. I call 10 minutes after the voicemail came through. Sent Straight to a voicemail saying the office is closed. I text, they give a different number. I call that number-an auto-attender to the main hospital that doesn’t even have an OBGYN option. As a new patient to both Virginia Health Center and its OBGYN office, I was hopeful for a smooth transition, especially since I had just established care with a new primary and dermatologist at VHC. Unfortunately, my recent experience was quite frustrating and has led me to reconsider staying with VHC. One significant issue is the lack of direct contact numbers for any of their offices.
