I was a regular patient at this practice for years and they were great when my health was good and straightforward. I recently experienced a distressing (based on my history) and potentially serious health complication, and rather than scheduling an appointment to see me immediately, I was told to just go to the ER if things got worse or if I "really needed to know something right away." I would not go back to a doctor that does not try to intervene before something is an actual, life-threatening emergency.

The ultrasound tech I had this morning was very impersonal barking orders at me of what she wanted me to do. I would not recommend this practice.

I really wanted to like this practice/hospital but the lack of care from some of the doctors really threw me off during my whole pregnancy. I have a history from my last pregnancy and every symptom I’ve brought to them, they’ll brush it off and say that it was apart of pregnancy. They do not address every concern you tell the medical assistants and they also rush through appointments. I especially do not like Dr. Graham. I tried to share this feedback with VHC directly but couldn’t find a way to do so, so hopefully this gets them to make changes. I had a regularly scheduled annual appointment, which requires me to have blood drawn for yearly test, as I do every year. This is the second year in a row the blood tech couldn’t draw blood at this practice. When I told Dr. Williams my symptoms, she told me that they were normal Shafford no medical advice or ways to remedy them even though I felt incredibly sick and overall terrible. I couldn’t even have a bowel movement. She provided no support or medical care whatsoever. I was greatly disappointed during this visit, and I felt that my symptoms were Fully not addressed.
