Around the end of 2023, I serviced my passat for an oil leak issue in this shop. He said it was due to a water pump issue and replaced it along with the spark plugs. I've been charged more than 1500 dollars for this job. Now, fast forward to the end of 2024, I went to a different mechanic shop to service my car this time. They discovered that all my water pump is leaking again. Moreover, they said that both the water pump and spark plugs look super worn out, rusted, and it is an original part from Volkswagen. Harry and the team at V&H Bavaria Motors actually care about their customers! They have a depth of knowledge and were able to advise me on all that was required on my 2007 Audi RS4. They carried out a major service including a suspension overhaul (changing shocks), all whilst keeping me in the loop and communicating the process along the way. Prices were honest and fair. Highly recommend for all those who care about their European cars.
