I’ve been with VGW and Travlers for over 15 years and recently found out my Home policy had lapsed. All three of my policies (auto, umbrella, home) were set up for auto pay. Received no notification that the home had not been paid. Travlers would not reinstate the home for it was out of a 30 day window and they would not write a new policy.
