This is not a professional laser company. They base their entire business model on Groupon and have devalued and degraded laser hair removal. Laser works but it is not offered as permanent hair removal. It is a reduction that if administered correctly, can provide significant hair reduction that may or may not be problematic in the future. VG Medispa do not provide thorough enough consultations nor do they explain the procedure adequately to clients. The Groupon business model is very trashy and gives laser a bad name. Words really can't explain how terrible the experience was that I had here. Avoid! Bad customer service and complete scam. A place where refunds for no treatment doesn't exist. Enjoy paying for nothing to all that don't take this warning seriously.
Poor customer service, lack of care, doubt that anyone is qualified here.
Birmingham Only based on service , not yet results . I had some confusion and questions regarding the areas included in full face. I emailed head office and they couldn't have been more professional. As a ex employer I can honestly say it is the worst company I have ever worked for. Their treatment of staff is awful, so client's shouldn't be shocked at how they are treated. The owner's are disgusting and do not treat anyone with respect. They do not offer refunds because they are greedy and will do whatever it take's to NOT give you your money back.
