DO NOT USE this company for any life medical needs. I’m on a second discharge from the hospital and they never sent anyone out from the first time. This is so frustrating and to be paying for this service and no response. There’s got to be someone higher up to call but can’t find that person either.
Had ankle surgery. They were contracted to supply me with a scooter. They sent me the cheapest scooter that could supply me with. The scooter wheels are close together and the handlebars also. The front wheels turn all the way around. Because of that it’s flipped over on me 3 times. One of the worst customer service I have never encountered. After explaining the seriousness of the supply still they act so arrogantly and carelessly. Specially agent Gorden she was so ruthless I fee. I don’t know how people hired this kind of agents who don’t understand the seriousness of the medication and urgency
Been waiting for a week to get my cryo cuff, which I should have had before my shoulder surgery. I keep being told they’re waiting for the provider to respond. My surgery was 12/29, it’s now 01/06, so I ordered one on Amazon and it’s going to be here in two days. This company is a joke, lack of communication, and professionalism.
