I use this company for work with telephonic interpreting. The hold times are 20-30 minutes or longer. If I do need to answer another call, the calling back hold times start from scratch. Terrible customer service, the worst interpretation company out there!
HomeLink requires internal processes that go beyond what the insurance company actually mandates. I confirmed directly with my insurer, multiple times, that no predetermination letter was needed for lymphedema compression garments — only a letter of medical necessity from the doctor. Despite this, HomeLink's process delayed care by insisting on an unnecessary predetermination letter. I had to involve my insurance company directly; they called HomeLink and got fulfillment moving. This company is the worst company that take a ramp from a handicap person after receiving over 15000 dollars and than in the last month payment we would own it. This company along with nationwide Ramps is the worst company to deal with. This company lies and just steals from you and your insurance company.
I was discharged from a skilled nursing facility on Feb 21st, and today is April 23rd. I have been waiting since then for home health! After reading the reviews apparently this company is horrible and my review is just one of many! SMH. This is people’s lives they are ruining! To Mindy, who was my rep and swore she was trying, I hope you go to bed at night knowing the damage you have caused me, that your lack of care will forever effect my life.
DO NOT USE this company for any life medical needs. I’m on a second discharge from the hospital and they never sent anyone out from the first time. This is so frustrating and to be paying for this service and no response. There’s got to be someone higher up to call but can’t find that person either.
