Absolutely Awesome!!
Terrible customer service and extremely unprofessional. She ruined my niece’s prom experience by ghosting us on the day of her appointment which was the DAY OF prom. This was a confirmed appointment and she was very aware of the fact that this was her senior prom. She never replied to any message nor did she even apologize or offer any recommendations for a replacement. Just never responded. It’s so hard to find a good stylist that you can trust with your hair and I believe I found my new natural hair stylist. The professionalism was outstanding from entry to departure. She was prompt, patient and so kind. This was my first experience with Vernesia and we talked like we been friends for a while. I will definitely be back.
