We were very pleased with Matt , our technician who kept at it to find the reason for our problem with WiFi speed in the house which has considerable rock walls and partitions . He was able to fix the problem without having to add boosters and explain in understandable non technical language what he was doing . I do recommend VGI.
VGI is very responsive to me and other VGI customers in our neighborhood. We have always received an immediate response when we have any questions and the technicians are very professional.
Excellent service, just like it has been from day one. I've been a subscriber for almost 3 years now.
