My internet went out in the morning, and after doing all the things I could do to determine the problem, I called it in to VGI. I had someone out by 1:00 pm that same day and it was fixed by 3:00 pm as I needed a new radio installed. The repairman was polite and considerate of my home and very knowledgeable. Can't ask for better service. Good customer service is why I stick with VGI.
Professional and friendly staff
Daniel was very helpful in finding a new location on my house for the antenna after the Eldorado tower was relocated. He was very professional in every way, and I hope VGI will be my internet provider for years to come. The business office and the person who scheduled my appointment went "above and beyond" to help me with prompt service. Thank you!
