Dean is the best. Responsible, helpful, a hard worker. After he left we notice internet was not working. We called dean and he returned 45 minutes later and fixed this issues. Good service received from Dean.
We had a problem with our ONT and maintaining consistent connection and speed. Thanks to Dean with VGI, the problem was solved.

Our appointment time was 1pm but our installer Jacob called to get us in hours earlier and finished before our original appointment time. Jacob was fast, knowledgeable and very through. He left a good impression and we feel confident that VGI will be exactly what we are wanting for our household.
