Horrible, horrible horrible service. I absolutely hate this this transportation service. My daughter is special needs and has VGI as Transportation for school. I would not recommend them actually that would recommend no one ever use them. Wake County Public School System needs to cancel their contract witness company. They are horrible. And I gave him one star if I could’ve gave them less, I would’ve gave them less
Very bad Experience.
Just watched one of their drivers weaving in and out of lanes in Holly Springs. Narrowly avoided head on collisions on multiple occasions. Don't know if there were kids in the van, I hope not!!!
Horrid company! DO NOT USE! The driver of van 40 is a retired state highway patrol officer who likes to threaten citizens who report his driving. He is abusing his badge when driving erratically while he is supposed to be providing safe transportation for special needs individuals but instead, he tries to intimidate concerned citizens. The customer service rep, or lack thereof, only defends the erratic driving of the company employees when someone tries to report them and even went as far as lying to police about the company... read more
