I have been a driver since 2023. The vans are dependable and clean. You are able to take the van home. The office staff are professional. You get to interact with students and parents daily and provide safe and reliable transportation. I have maintained a professional relationship with all involved.
I’d give them zero stars if I could. PURPOSELY left a kid that they were responsible for providing transportation for stranded at the school. Driver decided he didn’t want to take student home so he left her there. The school was pleading for him to take her and he refused.
Horrible, horrible horrible service. I absolutely hate this this transportation service. My daughter is special needs and has VGI as Transportation for school. I would not recommend them actually that would recommend no one ever use them. Wake County Public School System needs to cancel their contract witness company. They are horrible. And I gave him one star if I could’ve gave them less, I would’ve gave them less
