#88 almost hit me head on, driving halfway into my lane. These people are transporting children???
Terrible service. Several times the drivers call out and then there is no communicating about a substitute driver. My children end up being 1 hour late to school. The service is terrible when you call and talk to them. Vapid responses. Wake county Schools needs to cancel this service but they are so desperate they'll use any company. Smh. Do better WCPSS.
I have been a driver since 2023. The vans are dependable and clean. You are able to take the van home. The office staff are professional. You get to interact with students and parents daily and provide safe and reliable transportation. I have maintained a professional relationship with all involved.
