The lab itself is 5/5-stars, but the immediate drop off/pick up area on Laurel Street is HORRENDOUS - there’s no parking enforcement and people just stop their cars and oblivious to others’ needs to drop off/pick up frail or mobility-challenged people.
Staff is very friendly and professional. Only issue is the wait times can be very lengthy. Even at 7am, right when they open, it can be jam packed. Apparently there is a way to make an appointment, but I have never been able to figure out how.
I have to have frequent blood tests, and I find that this place is the nicest place to get these tests done. The staff are always so warm and friendly. I used to arrive early, take a number and wait my turn – but then I realized that making appointments is a far more efficient way because it saves so much time.
