I have used V G Packaging on several occasions and been very pleased with their service. I am located in New York (City and Long Island) and frequently buy at auctions in the Philadelphia region. My first shipping experience was when I purchased a pair of mirrors and had them packed and shipped. I have never seen a finer packing job, and the Venetian mirrors arrived in perfect order. I have been trying to speak or correspond with somebody at this company for the past seven months and nobody is answering. They have picked up an item that I have bought at an auction in March 2016, paid the shipping charges quoted by VG and never heard back.. I'm ready to press charges...
Lately, no response. Picked up my items 4 months ago....

These are honest people- a hardworking family running a packaging and shipping company. They are aligned in business with fine partners who think highly of them and vice versa. . They called me and apologized for their being behind this holiday and wanted to cut my charges in half even though I had agreed to them and even though I had given them no deadline for completing my job. I would like to give them 4.5 stars.
